Submit Your Sponsorship On-line

Note: Please only use this page to submit your sponsorship on-line if you DO NOT need to deduct the payment from your taxes.

If you DO need to take a deduction, please use our downloadable form to submit your sponsorship.

Please include at least your city and state/province.
Include a brief description of your organization or business, or a brief bio, for inclusion on our website and program handout sponsor listings.
Please include a complete URL (e.g. http://inlandnorthwestpermaculture.com)

Sponsor levels: Choose one
Level 1 Sponsor - $100, we will comp your Trading Circle booth fee, include your logo on our posters, our website (with a hyperlink to your website, and on a large poster at the event).
Level 2 Sponsor - $250, we’ll do all that, and include one registration.
Level 3 Sponsor - $500, we’ll do all that, include 2 registrations, and have your logo on a banner at the Convergence.

When you choose levels 1, 2 or 3, and submit this form, the amount chosen will be added to your on-line shopping cart. A link to your cart will appear on this page. You should go to the cart and complete your payment.
In-kind contributions are handled separately.

Name of person attending on your sponsorship. Their name will be on the will-call list at registration.

This can be in the form of goods or services (upon approval by the coordinators). Please describe your in-kind sponsorship and assign its true market value. Your sponsor “perks” will be the same as the cash sponsorship ones indicated based on value.
We encourage all presenters and Trading Circle participants to bring a canopy if possible.
