We will need from you a photo or logo, a brief bio (if you are sponsoring individually) or description (if you are sponsoring as an organization/business). Include in your bio or description, optionally, the name, contact info, email address and/or any websites or Facebook pages you would like to be publicly displayed in conjunction with your sponsorship.

Sponsorship levels and perks
For $100 (Level 1 Sponsor), we will comp your booth fee, include your logo on our website (with a hyperlink to your website), and on a large poster at the event.
For $250 (Level 2 Sponsor), we’ll do all that and include one registration.
For $500 (level 3 Sponsor), we’ll do all that, include 2 registrations, and have your logo on a banner displayed at the Convergence.
In-kind Sponsorship
This can be in the form of goods or services (upon approval by the coordinators). When filling out the form, please describe your in-kind sponsorship and assign its true market value. Your sponsor “perks” will be the same as the equivalent cash sponsorship level.
