Spokane Permaculture Symposium

We are pleased to invite you to participate at the Spokane Permaculture Symposium to be held in Spokane and Tumtum, August 16 & 17, 2025. 

The Spokane Permaculture Symposium brings together the Spokane permaculture community along with people interested in learning more about permaculture. It's about incorporating permaculture ethics, principles, objectives and techniques into our gardening, farming, restoration, planning and community work. The focus area is the City of Spokane, Spokane County, the Spokane River watershed and the Spokane regional foodshed.

Mushroom Cultivation Class with Marc R. Keith

Come learn from the ultimate expert in growing mushrooms in this 3 hour hands-on workshop!

 

Join Marc Keith, also known as Roger Rabbit, on Sunday, May 4, 2025 from 10:00am - 1:00pm at Uhuru located at 2332A Scott Rd. Rice, WA.

Suggested class donation is $30 per person.

 

The class is followed by an optional pizza party with a wood-fired brick oven. Food donations accepted.

Join us on Saturday April 5, 2025 from 11:00am - 2:00pm at the outdoor Gazebo at the Happy Dell Park in Kettle Falls, WA located at 425 W 3rd Ave. Kettle Falls, WA near the playground.

This community Plant, Seed and Root Exchange is free and open to the public. 
Come trade, sell, buy or browse the seeds, plants, trees, roots and herbs available from local organizations and members of the community.

You do not need to bring seeds to participate in the seed swap. Bring your seeds to share and your homemade, handcrafted, wild harvested, or homegrown items to barter or sell.
